 We at Rick's Bait and Tackle believe in keeping any customer information confidential at all times. We will at no time sell or trade any information regarding our customers. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for online credit card information to keep your credit card information secure.

Guarantees:

Rick's Tackle Guarantees that all of the items represented here are new (except where noted) and are covered by the manufacturers warrantees. It is our policy to do everything possible to satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied that the item you purchased is as we represented it than return it for an exchange or refund within thirty days. Items that have been used are not refundable.

Shipping Information:

Shipping Options: Rick's Tackle uses United Parcel Shipping standard shipping. Your order will usually ship 5 - 7 business days after it has been processed but may take up to 6 weeks.  Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order. Please review the Rod and Rod Blank Shipping section for the charges on these specific items. Alaska and Hawaii are shipped two day U.P.S. at a minimum charge of  $30.00. Oversized items such as Rods and Blanks over six feet will run a minimum of $50.00.

A shipping and handling charge will be added  to each order. The minimum shipping and handling charge is $7.00 and goes up depending on the physical shipping dimensions and the distance from Long Beach California.  Fishing Rods and blank charges are outlined below.

Two Day Shipping is available for most orders. These will go UPS Priority or UPS 2nd day.

Overnight Shipping is available, most orders will ship within 24 hours. Additional charges will apply. To get your shipment the next business day after they are shipped just check the Overnight box at checkout and a customer service rep will contact you with the complete charge in

Rod and Rod Blank Shipping: Because of the length of Fishing Rods and Rod Blanks Additional shipping charges are required. Rods and blanks orders with the longest item  between 36"-71" will charge $15.00 per shipment.  Rods and Blanks with the longest item over 71" and under 95" will be charged $20.00 per shipment. Rods and Blanks with the longest item over 96" and under 107" will be charged $25.00 per Rod or Blank Shipment. Rods and Blanks with the longest item over 108" and under 118" will be charged $ 30.00 per Rod or Blank Shipment. Rods and Blanks with the longest item over 118" and under 120" will be charged $50.00 per Rod or Blank Shipment.

International Orders : At the present time we do not ship internationally

After you place your order, you will receive two e-mail messages. The first will arrive within 24 hours to confirm that we have received your order. The second will be sent after your purchase leaves the warehouse.

All orders over $100.00 will be sent with a signature required. Orders returned from Shipping companies will be held at Rick's Bait & Tackle for pick up by the customer or until reshipment costs are arranged.
